Dr. Camara is committed to providing patients with quality medical care for the entire family, from newborns to seniors. He has a special interest in promoting families’ well-being through health education and disease prevention. At present, he is in practice with Ascension Medical Center in Howell, Michigan. Dr. Camara is the St. John Providence Medical Director for Livingston County. He is also affiliated with Ascension Michigan Providence Hospital, Southfield & Ascension Michigan Providence Hospital, Novi. The doctor is board-certified in family medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP). The AOBFP is an organization that provides board certification to qualified osteopathic physicians who specialize in delivering comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, genders, and addressing all parts of the body. Following the completion of his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Dr. Camara went on to complete his training. He performed his internship, residency, and fellowship training at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Madison Heights Campus.
